I understand that participation in the Mama Bears & Co ’s event involves certain risks, including but not limited to falls, bumps, bruises, cuts scrapes, choking, allergic reactions, exposure to communicable diseases and infections. 

I voluntarily assume all such risks of injury to myself or my child(ren).

By Signing, I agree to the following:

• I will supervise my child at all times while attending the event.

• I will inform Mama Bears & Co of any medical conditions or allergies that my child has.

• I will remove my child from any activity if they are feeling unwell or uncomfortable.

• I understand at no point during the event will Mama Bears & Co assume any responsibility for Myself, the Child(ren) named above or any accompanying adult.

• I am responsible for any property/items/belongings brought to the event, including any left in a vehicle. Mama Beras & Co will hold no accountability to any loss or damage.

• Even though care will be taken to warn participants of known allergens, I assume complete responsibility for knowing my Childs allergies if any and will safe guard from them.

• I will not attend the event in the unfortunate circumstance of contracting a contagious illness.

I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set out by Mama Bears & Co. I understand that I may be asked to leave the Event if I do not follow the rules or if my behaviour is disruptive or threatening. 

I agree to indemnify and release Mama Bears & Co, their leaders, and all other persons or entities associated with them from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the group or any activities related to the event.

I understand the tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mama Bears & co, in which case full refunds will be given. (excluding any payment fee’s)
